Personal data means any information that the Company receives directly from you or from other sources, which is directly or indirectly related to you and by which you can be identified.

Processing of personal data means any operation performed on personal data or sets of personal data.

Data subject means you or any natural person, including the manager/representative of a legal entity or the ultimate beneficial owner, who uses or has expressed an intention to use the services provided by the Company, or who is in any other way related to the Company and/or the services it provides, and whose personal data is processed by the Company.

Other terms used in this Policy shall be understood as they are used in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.

The Company processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Client’s first name;
  • Client’s surname;
  • Client’s telephone number;
  • Client’s email address;
  • Client’s address.

The purposes of processing personal data in the Company are as follows:

  • To be able to provide services to you and properly fulfil our contractual obligations, as well as perform duties established by law;

The Company processes your personal data on the legal grounds specified in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.

How is your data obtained? It is obtained in the following ways: a) you provide it to the Company yourself; b) the Company receives your data from other sources.
